GOAN PRAWN FRY

 

Ingredients:

700gms Prawns

¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

½ teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)

Salt to taste

 prawns

Method:

1. Wash, clean and devein the prawns.

2. Apply salt, lime juice, turmeric, chili powder and set aside.

3. Take some oil in the pan and fry the prawns till done.
