Grind the below ingredients
40gms cinnamon sticks broken into small pieces
32gms Black peppercorns
25gms cumin seeds
*** Grind the Cinnamon sticks first then add the remaining ingredients.
***Grind the above masala and store it an air tight container. Use as required.
*** Use 3 Tablespoon Roast meat masala per kg of meat (Beef, Pork and Mutton)
*** Only in case of chicken use 2 tablespoon per kg.
*** Pre marinate your meat with ginger, garlic, lime and salt (or what works best for you)
