Goan street food
Ingredients:
500gms veal (cut paper thin and flat, you can get about 6 slices)
Marinade:
1 lime juice
½ Maggie cube
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
2 tsp Garam masala or roast beef masala
Salt to taste
Other ingredients
200 gm semolina (rawa)
Oil as required
For salad mix:
200 gm finely chopped cabbage
½ tomato finely chopped
½ onion finely chopped
Method:
1. Apply the above ingredients mentioned under marinade to the veal slices and keep it for about 3 to 4 hours.
2. Dip the meat in the semolina and coat it well on both sides
3. Pan Fry the slices till well done or as desired. Cover the pan to speed up the process
4. Assemble the sandwich
Enjoy it hot.
